Santosha Yoga

The Basics class follows a 4 week exploration of –

  • Standing poses 
  • Forward bends and hip opening 
  • Backbends 
  • Putting it all together and turning things upside down 

The focus is on alignment, use of props and technique. You will need to bring a mat, strap, 2 blocks and a blanket to the class.
